CCS2; PHP4; MySQL

I have a lookup table that contains:

Code YesNo
---------------
0 No
1 Yes

I use this where I configure a YesNo field to be a listbox. The system is
set up for boolean format of 0/1.

When I create a Search Grid, I'd like for the default value to be nothing,
or "Select Value". However, it always defaults to '0' or 'No'. How can I
set the default value for the listbox to be nothing?
