I've downloade the 21-day trial version and successfully tested the "HelloWorld" and "TaskManager" projects that use MS Access databases. Can someone tell me if any of the example projects are created in MySQL? I also have MySQL installed on my Windows XP, and I would certainly like to verify that I know how to properly connect to a MySQL database.
Thanks - Ron L

Yes, MySQL scripts for creating your database tables are located in C:\Program Files\CodeChargeStudio\Examples\Internet\Internet_MySQL.sql
and
C:\Program Files\CodeChargeStudio\Examples\Intranet\Intranet_MySQL.sql

Thanks, Peter. I already have created a MySQL database with tables using Visual Basic 6.0 application developer. I can view the tables using MySQL Front Page. I plan to follow the instructions in the user's manual to connect to my personal MySQL database. But before I mush on through the fog with my own custom connection, it would be nice if I could first see a CodeCharge example project with a MySQL connection shown in the Project Settings window. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't find a MySQL connection in any of the CodeCharge example projects.

Not sure what you mean. MySQL connection is no different from any other connection, just select "MySQL" in the Connection configuration. http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/UserGuide/WorkingWithProjs/ug046.png http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/UserGuide/Workin...gDatabases.html
