Really would like to use this product, but for example I click on insert include button in the toolbox and I get a new grid, I click on new password button in the tool box and I get a new form tag. Seems that no matter what I click on in the toolbox I only get what is in the very first button. anyone know anything about this?
Really need an answer.

Perhaps I should rephrase this a bit. It's got to be something I'm doing wrong but for the life of me I can't figure it out. I've got a table that I'm trying to put an include page into a cell. The header and footer include statments are automatically generated so just moveing them into the appropriate cells works just fine. Then when I try to create a new include statement I get a "new grid 1" or "new grid 2". This happens with ANYTHING on the forms tab of the toolbox. Also, if I try to insert say a hyperlink off the html tab of the toolbox all I get is the begin and end <form> </form>. THIS happens with any selection I make off the html tab of the tool box. WHAT HECK AM I DOING WRONG?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

The HTML tab is working correctly - that's all it does, insert HTML tags.
The other deal with the toolbox is probably due to CCS not being correctly
installed - or more accurately, the MSXML object not being correctly set
up/incompatible version.
I am curious if you installed CCS to other than the "C" drive? Several
versions back, I had problems when I installed to "D". It just would not
work. I reinstalled onto "C" and it was fine. I'm not sure whether Yes
resolved that issue or not. I never went back to try it on "D".
I would deinstall and reinstall CCS one time to see if that works (even if
you have it installed on "C"). I do remember this problem happening to me
and the reinstall fixed it. CCS relies heavily on XML features in the MSXML
component, and since Microsoft has quite a few variants of that distributed,
it's possible you are having trouble due to another program you've installed
that uses a different version of MSXML.
If this doesn't resolve your problem, maybe Peter will jump in with some
other suggestions (he's a Yes representative).

no the html tab doesn't work either. say I click insert image all I get is a new blank form tag no image. I assume your correct on the xml, but god only know what it would be. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I even searched around my old cd's and found a very old version I had tried years ago (1.0.7 or something) and install'd it. IT seems to work fine, but it's functionality is the pretty limited in comparison. I'm not sure if I try to reinstall a new version now if it will work or not.

These are standard features of CCS that prevent software crack attempts.
I couldn't find this issue reported to our support, but if this still happens you (or anyone else) please contact our support at http://support.codecharge.com and they will analyze why or how these features were activated on your computer.
