Dear CCS Dev team
I wud give an advice.
If you people can review the most common issues and add them as features in ccs.
i can list four
1. duplication of record, - suggestion, if option of adding a button "duplicate record" in the grid while generating the same using the builder.
2. getting the autoincrement value of a newly added record - if a function in ccs can do the retrival of the value and return the same, users can use this function in the after insert event and use this value to be displayed or send email with a ref no - as ur support case module does.
3. Email this page button. the user can choose the email facility being provided by the host.
Also if the contents of the page cud be outputted to an variable (html type), that cud be used as body of the email.
4. Print this page button - this cud invoke the print command or if dev specifies anothr printer friendly version, then the execution of the print frndly page and print command.

Thanks. We do review most common issues and requests on regular basis. Regarding your "issues" though, some of them don't look like issues but rather requests/wishes. An "issue" means that something doesn't work, usually a bug, which is confusing here. For example "Print this page button" is not an issue because you can do this in CCS (example is http://support.codecharge.com/kb_search.asp)
