Not sure how this happened, but I now have the "Generated with CodeCharge
Studio" appearing on the header of every page! I don't mind it appearing at
the bottom of every page since it's a great product, but having it on the
header as well rather messes up the effect I've trying to create.
Could anyone please advise how I can get rid of the message on the header.

That's just beause you haven't registered the product yet. Once you
purchase and get yourself registered, these go away.

If that's the case, then surely it would have appeared on the header from
the first day of the trial (as on all the other pages), rather than towards
the end of it.

But you ARE running in the trial mode, right? This is normally where that
message comes from. I don't know if CCS automatically removes the banner
once it's registered. I have a feeling you must do that by editing the HTML
yourself. But they stop getting added to new pages once you've registered.
Why it did not do this initially? Maybe you were just lucky - beats me.
