 Error Messages with DB

Here is the message that I have been fighting with for hours..

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Disk or network error.

I have installed the myodbc, I have configured the permissions.. I am stuck.. i am using asp with an access db.. i want a standard connection.

How have you configured the "Server" section of your Connection - what are your settings there?
