I am new to CCS.
I have 2 listboxes and 1 textbox/label(display only) on a record, not grid. The textbox/label is selecting a result from a table based on the combination of these 2 listboxes. The result of textbox/lable should be displayed as soon as either of the listboxes is selected, like the onClick event on JavaScript.

Like you wrote, use OnClick (or OnChange) JavaScript.
Modify your HTML like:
<select name="{ListBox_Name}" onchange="this.form.submit();">
