I want to make a CC-application where my client can sent e-mails to a
selected group of relations.
Lets say send a christmas-greeting to 300 people.
How can I make CC to this with PHP?

I think this is more of a PHP question than a CC question. Just figure out
how to send mail from PHP and then hook into the "Before Show" event of a
grid form that displays the names and addresses you want to use...
