First, I would like to say cudos to the developers of this product.
Excellent job! Great tool and better than other I have tried.
I am new to this product and hopefully someone can point me to a document
that describes how to do what I want.
After automatically generating a window, I would like to move the titles and
input boxes around but can't figure out how to do that. Can someone quickly
describe the steps or point me to a document (and where it is in the
document) that describes how to do this? Thanks!

Depends on how you generated your application in the first place. If you
choose language + templates then there is an html template for each
screen/form that you can open in your favorite HTML editor and do what you
will.
There is a little overhead with templates but it's well worth it.
