Merge Cells in CCS

Hi Everyone,

I added a new row into an existing table (at top, iow, it will be the first
row).

Now, it has several cells which I want to "merge" into a single one. I can
not find a way of doing this (other than editing the code). The "merge"
button is always "disable".

Any ideas
