Just a quicky - I want to allow an external call from another webpage to
call a page on my site and transfer the "?=" value onwards.

For instance: http://www.whatever.com/index.php?ref=owen - I want to insert
"owen" as the value which is then eventually inserted into a database once
the customer has agreed a sale.

Is it best to do this with transit variables, session variables or cookies?

I have tried adding the ref variable to the forms, but it either errors or
come up with nothing added in the transfer part or even sometimes
"blah.php?="

I hope that you can help!

Owen
