 how do i get past this db connection error?

Test connection failed because of an error in initializing providor.
[TCX][MyODBC] Access denied for user: root@a-343yt45y4545.home.local' (Using
Password: YES)

This is a standard ODBC error showing that you are not authorized to access
the database.
You may need to contact your hosting company or database adminstrator to
enable your access.
Or if you have administrative privileges, use GRANT / REVOKE directives to
allow your access.
