Dave,

We are currently working on this issue.
It affects less than 1% of our users but as of yet we were not able to
duplicate it.
Unfortunatelly it takes longer than usual to resolve it and will notify you
as soon as we have the patch available.

Please note that that there are unlimited number of Windows
versions/configurations :-)
