How to add value of "Link parameters" into database column in Editable Grid
?

If you mean the column contains a Link control, then just select it, go to
the Properties panel and find "Href Source". Click the "..." and there will
be a place to enter the parameters. You can refer to parameters from the
database, form, etc - or "make up" new ones by selecting the type as
"Expression" and putting a value (either a constant or a valid code
expression) in the middle box and it's name in the lower box. This creates
new query parameters that are tacked onto the Link's URL.
