Add new page using the new page wizard.
I get as far as the 'Defind Grid Form Options' page
and select Page Navigator | Custom | Modify ...
and get the following dialog:
Error
Dialog Loading Error Occured.
Object Required
OK
I got this yesterday at work as well and a reboot seemed to
fix it.
