Listbox Control Problems

I added a Listbox to a search form with these properties:
Source Type: Code Expression
List Source Type: "ListOfValues"
Connection: none
List Data Source: al;Alabama;AK;Alaska;AZ;Arizona
1) First of all, is the ListBox control correctly named? In the manual
a control with a similar picture is refered as "Drop Down" and a "List
Box" as a drop down that is able to select multiple rows (the picture
is different). A "List Box" does not have the drop down list with the
down arrow. A list box has all items visible in a scrollable list. So
should the "List Box" be called a "Drop Down" and are we missing a
"List Box" control?
It looks like the ListBox control behaves badly when it is renamed. I
have List Source Type = ListOfValues.
2) I must save the page before pressing Live Page otherwise when I go
back to Design tab, the listbox is on the screen but gone from the
project explorer. Clicking on the listbox gives me the form properties
instead.
3) Changing the name of the list_box from "ListBox1" to "States_List"
and going to LivePage will lose the item list that was entered. The
HTML code also keeps referring to it as ListBox1. I have to delete the
listbox, add a new one, rename it right away, then add the items to it
and it works fine.
4a) How to get rid of the "Select Value" that appears in the drop down
list. This is confusing because people will think it is one of the
possible values.
4b) I would also like to get rid of "Select Value" that appears when
the listbox is collapsed (just sitting there). I prefer to have it
blank so people don't think a value has been selected.
5) The Type: Select-Multiple doesn't do anything and will get reset to
blank. I assume this is a known problem and will be fixed in a future
version.
General Suggestions

6) The URL in the IDE does not always refresh when the page is
displayed. If I have a search form and enter a search parameter and
press Search, the form comes up but the URL in the CCS IDE does not
have the search parameters. The search parameter is there because the
grid is filtered with the parameter, but the IDE's URL is not
displaying any search parameter. If I press Search again, the URL is
instantly refreshed and the search parameter shows up long before the
page is reloaded. I think it is caused by not refreshing the URL
control with the new value. I know if I try it from the browser the
search parameters show up just fine.
7) You might want to consider adding a "Close" menu item to top of the
speed menu for the form. This closes the open page which removes the
corresponding tab from the list of tabbed folders. It will help to
remove some of the clutter. I know you can close the page by right
clicking on the page node in the Project Explorer, but I find it
easier to close the page that you're looking at rather than from the
tree.
