In cc you it was possible to write your own functions and make them
available to every page in your project by placing them in the modules
section. Where do you put your functions in CCStudio so you can use them
project wide? I now get errors like cannot redeclare function... and when I
remove the function from the event the call to undefined function... error.

You can place your function in Common files like Common.asp or Common.php
You can access those files by sdouble-clicking on "Common Files" in Project
Explorer.
