I've been switching in and out of CCS and Dreamweaver (better table editor)
and have found there is no readily apparent way to refresh a displayed page.
I've resorted to closing and reopening the page, but that is getting
cumbersome. Please add a view>refresh menu item to the final product!
Adopting the standard F5 for refresh would be nice also.
