I am just starting to go through the tutorial and can't even get the Hello World to show up! (I know - I'm suitably embarrassed..)

Anyway - Any tips on IIS? I'm running Win XP Pro - is IIS the best option or is anyone using a different web server with more success?

THanks

I guess you have Norton Antivirus on your web server.
If this is the case, as a workaround, you may disable the Script Blocking option.

To disable Script Blocking:

1. Start Norton AntiVirus.
2. Click Options. If NAV is installed as part of SystemWorks, then click Norton AntiVirus.
3. Click Script Blocking.
4. Uncheck "Enable Script Blocking (recommended)."
5. Click OK.
6. Restart the machine.

Please describe what happens when you try that page (or any other) to show up.

You didn't specify which programming language you're using. If ASP/VBScrit then IIS is your best option, plus IIS is included with Win XP Pro. If you're using PHP then you may need to install Apache.
