One of my greatest time wasters is looking for the html code that corresponds to a particular item in the design view. CCS would be vastly improved if the design / code view interactivity worked like Dreamweaver so that items highlighted in one view became highlighted in the other.
Also the ability to drag field names from the project explorer to code view would be extremely helpful (prevent all those errors from spelling mistakes I keep making!)

Regarding the synched view of the code & html, we are unable to implement this at this time as we use Microsoft DHTML component, which is somewhat limited and we do not have the full control of its functionality.
Drag-and-drop is already being implemented.
