Hi Guys I am using CC w/PHP & templates and I tried to include in the header and footer of the cc program an include like so
<? include("bottom.html"); ?>
-or-
include("bottom.html");
But the code never executes since it is in the html template per say.
What I want to do is wrap the CC code with 1 top header and 1 footer file so that I only need to manage / edit 1 place for each. If I paste the html code into the header & footer it works perfect, but again I am trying to call the external file.
Any ideas appreciated!
Thanks !

Easy, create a page call it Header, paste your external header code into the ccs page called header, you paste in the HTML side, no code should be imbedded. Then you make the header file INCLUDABLE (important). You are all set. The page you wish to make includable, insert the includable ccs page by going to the FORMS tab looking for an icon which says insert includable then browse to the file which is now called HEADER.CCP then you should know the rest.
Your all set.
Goodluck.

The query talks of CC and the response is for CCS. !!!!!
Yet again - no clear indentification of which product the enquiry refers to.

To CC or to CCS, that is the question.
