I am looking for a solution in php record form as follow :

I am creating number of leaves for Employee. I want When leave exceed more than 16, Record form should generate message that you cannot apply for more leaves as your maximum limit is already reached.

Can any one send me code and guide me about this ???? I will be extremely thankful to him.
