Dear community members,
I am writing this post to seek assistance with a connecting problem I am facing while using the SAP https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/servers-storage/solutions/sap/ Business One (SAP B1) API Connector. I am currently working on a project that involves integrating a third-party application with SAP B1 using the API Connector.
However, when I attempt to establish a connection between the third-party application and SAP B1, I receive an error message that says, "Connection Failed". I have checked all the configurations, but I am unable to resolve the issue.
I have tried the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
Verified the URL of the SAP B1 server and ensured that it is correct.
Checked the credentials for the SAP B1 account and ensured that they are valid.
Checked the SAP B1 API endpoint and verified that it is active and working correctly.
Checked the firewall settings to ensure that the API Connector is not being blocked.
Despite trying these steps, I am still unable to connect to SAP B1 through the API Connector. I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions that can help me resolve this issue.
