 Report Page Breaks

When my report is printed, I want page breaks at the subtotal level.

Client #1....
data.data.data
data.data.data
data.data.data
DATA SUBTOTALS
-----------------------PAGE BREAK----------------
Client #2....
data.data.data
data.data.data
DATA SUBTOTALS
-----------------------PAGE BREAK----------------
Client #3....
data.data.data
data.data.data
data.data.data
DATA SUBTOTALS
-----------------------PAGE BREAK----------------
GRAND TOTALS

After way too many hours of experimenting, I get either 1) no page breaks or 2) double page breaks (a blank page with headers between each grouping).

Might someone have figured out a solution to this?
