Has anyone created a requirement documents for production servers for CCS projects and would be willing to share?
I have just spent three days trying to fix a "white screen of death" on a server.The culprit was iconv which was missing from the server.

The white screen is because you do not have errors enabled for Apache and PHP. Either enable them or review the Apache error log when that happens.
