I have tried to contact them for weeks by telephone and email, but have had no reply.
Are they still in operation?

I have recently paid the USD$500 for CodeChargeStudio 5, which comes with 30 days support. I put in a support request using the 'Support' link in the software (http://support.yessoftware.com/support_new.asp?sn=mySerialNumber), which included the key to identify me as a paying customer, and I have heard nothing for over a week.
I followed up by putting a second support request in, asking "is this support queue monitored' and have also heard nothing for several days.
I will leave you to infer what you will from this situation.

I'd have to say yes as best I can determine. I lodged a support ticket the other day about constant crashes in CCS and got a response within a few hours - greatly appreciated CCS Support!!!!.

I again tried to reach them today. I get voicemail for Technical Support, Customer Service and Sales.
I have issued yet another request with Technical Support early last week and have had no reply either.

The answer is NO. The company is open for sales but not for development. It has been 5 years since last upgrade (just a couple of very minor updates).
Just look at their press releases ... last one was in 2008.
The product WAS brilliant ... but it is a dead product.
