i used to this tools about 2 years ago and ccs is great tools but have weaknes on visible parametr url such as on this forum web

I never found a tool with only one weakness. If this is only weakness then this is best tool in the world.
But tools cannot modify your PHP settings or reconfigure your Apache server, or replace professional developers. If you want to be a developer then it is your job to learn how to develop, and at least know how to use Google to find answers to questions about PHP. If you cannot do this then you don't qualify to program or to use any tools.

That's not really a weakness. Just use mod rewrite. You have to tidy up your url links first the interpret them.
You need parameters in data driven apps. Whether passed via a url or as sessions or cookies.

I agree ccs is pretty outdated for most cases (especially for SEO purposes). I think using such software is a bit outdated for nowadays requirements. As someone said here, these tools cannot modify your PHP settings or reconfigure your Apache server, or replace professional developers. In my humble opinion, using web design or seo services, such as https://www.pixelchefs.com/seo/, is much more profitable in terms of time-consuming. Anyway, all the spendings eventually will be paid off. I think it's almost impossible to run the big business along with keeping up all the website stuff.
