Any tips on how to fix this?

Even if I open a CCS Example project, after a short amount of work time - such as opening the Data Source dialog and closing it - CCS freezes. In Task Manager , it shows that CCS goes from 100+M to <3M memory when this happens.

I have opened a Support Request but it usually takes several weeks for Support to respond. I'm hoping to be back to working again sooner than that.

No, I haven't heard back from Yes.

Are they still in business? They cashed my check for Support back in October 2016 but I have three Support issues open for which I have not had a response.

As long as this forum is active, "YES" is also available. :)
