Dear CodeChargers,
I have a page, in which you are supposed to fill out information and at the end attach pictures.
If not pictures are attached then the user cannot submit the details or save it.
Having that said, I had 690 files saved out of which 14 were without images, although the user cannot proceed, if not pictures were uploaded or attached. How can that technically happen?
Using PHP and MYSQL. 
Please help me out.

What does your validation handle? Is it client or server side? Can help but need a little more info on what you are doing currently?
