The error in classes.php is in this line:
$FileMask = preg_replace_callback("/(\\*|\\?|\\\\|\\^|\\\$|\\.|\\[|\\]|\\||\\(|\\)|\\{|\\}|\\+|\\-)/i", function($matches) use ($meta_characters) {

Works fine for me. CCS 5.1.1.18992, Apache 2.4.18, PHP 7.0.4, Win7
Full string:
$FileMask = preg_replace_callback("/(\\*|\\?|\\\\|\\^|\\\$|\\.|\\[|\\]|\\||\\(|\\)|\\{|\\}|\\+|\\-)/i", function($matches) use ($meta_characters) {

This block has gray backround (unchanged, generated automatically) or white (custom code)?

I had this response from support although never tried it and just reverted back to previous version!

'Please try deleting all PHP generated pages except those ended with *_events.php and also delete all content of Common.php (leave only there the custom functions located at the end of file). Then please regenerate whole project again (F9). Both, project folder and everything from server folder.'

Hello Guys!

YES, revert the version was the solution.

That version of CCS is for PHP 7 only. If you have PHP 5.X, it will not work. go back a version.

if your OS is win 10 version CCS_5.1.1.18992 is not stable, version 5.1.1.18990 is working fine, I did not try to convert version 4.3 projects to version 5.1.
