I've done all sorts with calendars, but you'll have to be more specific in what you want.

Hi!

Thanks for your interest for helping me out!

Link below will show you screenshot where calendar weeks are displayed in x-axis and the users are displayed in y-axis.

This example is using week numbers (best case), but single days can be also solution i can use.

So, what I want to show is short info for a user for spesific date or weeknr, depending what I end up using.
I this example, the cell is colored, but I want to shor info such attribute for vacation: yes or no.

I found it, there are hundreds of pages, (all that work:)

Anyway, to present the calendar data like you want I used a Gantt script, it was written in javascript, there's loads on the net and probably better ones than what I used by now.

I also used the normal CCS calendar for specific course data and loaded html relating to the course/event so that colours could be specifically applied. So as well as the usual stuff, date, time etc. I also added fields for colour, font, etc. I also added duration and calculated multiple records at the time of submission.

This comment should have been first, Looks like the board is playing tricks:)

I see, I have done this, it was about 7 years ago so it's a bit difficult to remember how.

What I might do is try and find the project and send you that, it was a huge training management system and the calendars managed the short course schedules. You'll have to dig around to find it:)

Leave it with me and I'll see what I can do.

Tony
