what could be the issue? kindly help

What versions of CCS and PHP are you using?

Its Php 5.3.3 , migrating from 4.4.9.

All the web pages are blank and forms not working.

Any suggestion would be great help!!

Make sure to set the PHP target version for code generation to version 5 in the
setting preferences; then rebuild your application.
