I think comparing PHPMaker to CCS is like comparing an apple to an
orange. CCS is a templating engine, along with a code generator based
on those templates. That gives you absolute full control of your
project and applicable pages and elements, in addition to the separation
of the design from the code.

CCS may only be "compatible" with HTML4, but since it is a templating
engine you can easily work around the various HTML4+ elements that are
missing. I've been creating projects with Bootstrap and AngularJS
designs with next to zero issues as it relates to using CCS as the
project platform. The template variable is your friend in CCS.

The same guy owns (or at least in part) Yes/Artisteer/Themler, AFAIK.

Agree..

we use both for about 12years CCS and the other for about 2 Year

and is like Comparing. Lamborgini (CCS) vs a Datsun
