Hi,
I want to integrate to ManageEngine ServiceDesk software from CCS. https://www.manageengine.com/products/support-center/Ma..._AdminGuide.pdf (pg 304)
In essence this is what I want to do,
1. TO CREATE A NEW REQUEST - Create a form on CCS and post it to ManageEngine.
2. TO GET STATUS OF EXISTING REQUESTS - Create a grid on CCS and GET data from XML or JSON from ManageEngine
I would appreciate to get some details on how to do this

Hi gulamc - I would start by looking at the different 'service' options and RemoteUpdate in the manual. I haven't done those sort of API things from within CCS before but I suspect you can get the service to handle the lookups.
Alternatively you can always just use the Record build to make the form, and do some hand-coded Jquery to POST to the API.
I'll be interested on how you go or if anyone else has some suggestions?
