I have sent several support requests in past week and all have been answered in a day or two. I also noticed a new support tech answered one. Looks like Greg and Helen have some much needed help. I still make a good living with CCS, so I hope it stays around for a LONG time to come.

I had two support questions answered between Christmas and New Years.... No complaints about support here. Using v5x with no issues.
