 How to Truncate or delete all rows a table on opening of page

Can somebody help , I want to populate a table through insert query however I want that the table should truncate or delete all rows so that only new rows are inserted.

In something like the 'Before Show' or 'Before Submit' of the record, you can execute custom SQL and do that.

Check the manual for 'Execute Custom SQL' for some examples.
