Navigation panel doesn't appear on the live page (CCS 5.1.1.18990)

Hi,

My problem is the following.
The navigation panel can't be seen on the page generated by grid builder after it has been published by live page, although it can be seen/found in Design, HTML, Preview mode.

I use the followings:

CCS 5.1.1.18990
win 8.1

Debian 6.0.10
mysql 5.1.73-1
php 5.3.3-7
apache 2.2.16-6
