Every operation in the IDE causes all the panels to redraw:open a page, switch views, save a page(s). Even publishing a single page from the toolbar causes the infinite looping cursor for 14 seconds or more after the page is published. The more pages open in the IDE, the longer the delay. We are talking 30 seconds or longer with a few pages open.
I noticed this after installing on 5.1.1.18990 on my Win7 Pro 64bit system. Support just says uninstall and re-install after cleaning the 2 registry keys, which I have done numerous times. Oh yeah, even though I am the administrator on my machine, I installed as the administrator and ran the software as administrator.
What is your experience/fix/workaround?

I am using the same version but on Win 8.1 64bit and do not have this problem at all. Consider RAM or graphics card? Sorry.
