 [Resolved] CodeCharge Studio 5.1.1 not responding after License Activation

I have activated CodeCharge Studio 5.1.1 after trial period expiry and since then CC5 stopped working. The welcome image is loaded with logo and struck at the message "Verifying: CCToolBox Control.. ".

I am using Windows 7 Home Basic 32 bit operating system. I have tried turning off the Windows Firewall and my Anti-virus software(Avast).

Could anyone help me resolve this? I have already raised a Support ticket but did not get any acknowledgement or response on my issue yet. I am still waiting for help.

After uninstalling and re-installing CodeChargeStudio, it is working as earlier.

Otherwise, try the following guidelines as suggested by the Support team

"Try uninstalling CCS5, then use "regedit" program in Windows to delete the following registry directories:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\YesSoftware\CodeChargeStudio5
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\YesSoftware\CodeChargeStudio5

Then re-install CCS5 again. Be sure you are logged in as administrator.
If you work on Windows Vista, please also turn off UAC and Windows Defender."
