I opened a ticket this morning at 8:30 and received an answer at 11:40. I have been using CCS since version 3.1, about 2006 I think, and have always received help from Helen or Gregg. In some cases, Helen sent me code snippets or a patch. Sure, some of their stuff blows up at times and not other times, but for the small amount they charge and the huge benefits I get from CCS, I can overlook these issues and find a work around until they can fix it. If they charged MS or Oracle prices, that would be a whole different story.
