Codecharge is trying to write the files to the Publishing location (in your Project's Settings)

If you have the wrong location then that causes the Invalid server path, but it is offering to create the directory.

The Access is denied means that you don't have permission to create the folder or save the files in the Publishing location (or if you didn't allow CCS to create the folder)

Check the locations, and check your permissions. Let CCS create the folder.
If you are publishing to a web hosting or a separate server (that is, not on your own PC) then check with the Admin for permissions or the correct location to publish to.

And just to be sure - you are doing ASP ('Classic') not ASP.NET right?
