I am quite happy with CCS, but still running into two extremely annoying problems:

a) The project explorer still goes mental if there are more than 20 pages in a directory. Deleting pages, or editing pages in Dreamweaver and returning to CCS still causes repeated refreshes of the project explorer. Pages are then listed up to five times in the explorer. This is so annoying, and I have tried everything that was suggested here without success. CCS Support can not imagine that this happens and assumes I am seeing things that are not there, despite the fact that I sent screenshots.

b) Every time I install a Windows 8 update, I am losing all my CCS Serials and have to activate CCS again.

Any advise ??? Thank you.

I had the same problem with redraws and displays of pages in the explorer multiple times. What solved it for me was a complete uninstall: use the uninstaller, then delete the Program Files\CodeCharge5 directory, then delete the registry keys in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\YesSoftware\CodeChargeStudio5
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\YesSoftware\CodeChargeStudio5

Now reinstall as usual. You will need your serial number.
Good Luck,
