what is the difference between:
maximum request entity body limit
and
maximum allowed content length

It's not a settings problem, I had already seen that post. I just wanted to know if both of the settings (maximum request entity body limit and maximum allowed content length) have the same effect. If not where is it appropriate to use each one?

Honestly I have rarely had to change the values. It's only when you try to upload a big file that it becomes a problem.
