You need to have IIS installed on your computer, and the publishing location will be something like
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mytestsite

Look in your Programs (of Administrator tools depending on Windows version) and see if you have IIS installed, and if you have it running, open a web browser and go to the address
http://localhost/

If you don't have it installed, look at the Microsoft 'Express' versions for your version of Windows http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=34679

You will need to download and install the .NET 4.0 framework as well.

Depending on what you are doing, like testing it out, the Virtual directory is not a huge problem as it will put the site in a subdirectory and you would access it in the browser like
http://localhost/mytestsite/default.aspx

Lastly, Codecharge has a setting for .NET framework - you can target 3.5 and have 4.0 installed as they are mainly the same.

You will still probably run into some problems, so please post back when you do and I will try to help.

Eric
