I was considering a purchase of CSS.
However, I called sales and had to leave a message. My experience is that if SALES doesn't answer the phone then TECH SUPPORT is non-existent.
From reading some of the threads here it appears that the product is all but dead since Win8.1.
Can someone tell me otherwise?

It's not dead... just a small development team that may be located in other countries. (Im not really sure)
CodeCharge is unique in that it takes awhile to get up to speed with it... but once you have it down it will rapidly help your development efforts.
This Forum, despite its 90's look and feel is a great source of help.
Support is there and always answers me right away. The longest it has ever taken me for a response is 1 day.

What troubles me is the posts about issues with win8.1 that do not appear to be resolved.
That, and the fact that I did not get an answer to my sales message.

Im using it with Windows 8.1.
Not sure how their "sales" team is staffed.
