Hi CCS Team!

I migrated recently for the new version (CCS 5.1) and I am having problems to rename my reports component.

I use CUT and PASTE and then I rename it to a new name.

After I rename it the new report component CRASH.

Error:The component was not found in the Design mode.
Please switch to the HTML mode and try to rename it again

Is it a BUG?

I have the same problem (and all users must have it as well) - reported it to Yes - they say they don't see the problem - which makes me wonder if they tested before releasing this version.

Also it changes component names and attributes to lowercase for no reason in the HTML but the leaves the rest as is - which means stuff just doesn't work anymore e.g. row styles for instance.

I have the same problem after upgrading windows 8 to windows 8.1
I tested on a clean windows 8.1 installation with all updates and the same problem occurs.

Somebody with a sollution?

Maybe Yessoftware? I think it is NOT windows8.1 compatible like stated in the last update version.

I have the same problem
In CCS 5.1, you can only change the name of the component when you are on the html page.
Otherwise CCS dont' rename properly the component and you have to rename it in the html section
(for a listbox you have to change the name_options too).
