Gave it a try by converting a large 5.0 project. The convertion seemed to go smoothly with no hassles.
Two quick notes:

1) None of the jquery stuff seems to be working. Only tested autocomplete and inline datepicker. Neither work.

2) The brilliant solution to working with SSL on a local machine (http://forums.yessoftware.com/posts.php?post_id=72604 ) does not work anymore.

I have loaded 5.0 back on again as this project is ongoing and cannot spend too much time experimenting.
Look forward to seeing what else comes up with other users.

Regarding #2. For IIS I create a self signed certificate on my development machine. I'm sure the same thing could be done in Apache. It'll tell you that the site's certificate is not trusted but you can proceed anyway.

I will look into it a bit more but I think it is a touch more complex for Apache. We shall see.
