logout question

I just setup a login/logout feature to my website. It seems like when I logout and go back to the login page, the user id/password is still there. I would like these cleared. How can I do this? I didn't setup the remember me function.

I did as follows:
1 - Create the logout page with codecharger assistant.
2 - Add in the logout menu page and when you ask for the URL of the page added to the end "? Logout = True", I stay in the following way.

Example: URL: logout.ccp? Logout = True

It works for me perfectly.
