 Default value = 0

It sounds really simple, but its driving me crazy... I'm using MySQL, set the default value to 0, but for some reason, the fields that i leave empty in the form, are saved as NULL in the DDBB.

I tried hiding some of the textboxes, and for those hidden the value is correctly saved as 0. So I guess this has to do with how the Record Form works.

Setting the default value of the Textbox to 0 in CCS is not an option, because it display a 0 in all the fields, and I this this fields to be "seen" blank.

Any clue?
