Suddenly the Insert, Update, Delete, Cancel... buttons stop working, all are visible but "not clickeable"

It happened after I added a Panel. It is possible to "roll back" a Panel or delete it?

Can you recommend a way to save multiple version of a page to avoid this from happening again...
